1. Service Description
DineTisch (operated by Gajera IT Solutions) provides reservation software and guest-management tooling for restaurant operations. The service enables guests to make and manage online reservations and enables restaurant staff to coordinate those bookings.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit false reservations, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. DineTisch reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Reservations made through DineTisch are subject to the individual restaurant's cancellation policy. DineTisch is not responsible for cancelled bookings due to restaurant closures or force majeure events. Always check the confirmation email for cancellation instructions.
4. Limitation of Liability
DineTisch provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed reservations or loss of business.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software within DineTisch are the property of Gajera IT Solutions and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dresden, Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Changes to These Terms
DineTisch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
